Born on September 4, 1998, in Sarybay bi village, Zhambyl District, Almaty Region. From an early age, demonstrated a strong interest in issues of justice, legality, and the rule of law, which determined the choice of his future professional path. He received his higher education at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2020, he graduated with honors in the specialty “5B030100 – Law” (Diploma No. ZhB-B 0172612). In 2022, he successfully completed his Master’s degree at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University under the educational program “7M04217 – Law,” further strengthening his academic and research qualifications in the field of jurisprudence (Diploma No. MD 00018815357). He began his professional career in 2022 at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Forensic Science from 2022 to 2025. Since 2025, he has been serving as a Senior Lecturer at the same department. He also held the position of Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs at the Faculty of Law, making a significant contribution to the development of students’ academic, educational, and social activities. His research interests include criminal law and criminal procedure, anti-corruption expertise, criminological studies, and current issues of law enforcement practice.
