Aratuly Kuanysh, PhD, Acting Professor, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Al- Farabi Kazakh National University in 2007. In the same year, he entered the magistracy, graduated with honors in 2009 and received an academic degree "Master of Jurisprudence". In 2010, he entered the PhD program in the specialty "Jurisprudence" at the Kazakh National University. In 2013, he completed his doctoral studies, having mastered and fulfilled all the necessary credits and requirements for the PhD program. On April 11, 2014, by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he received a PhD degree in Jurisprudence. The topic of his doctoral dissertation is "Criminal policy in the fight against computer crime in the context of globalization." From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a teacher of legal disciplines at the college at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2010, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior lecturer at the aforementioned department. Since 2014, he has been working as an acting director.
