Graduated from S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1984 (now — Al-Farabi Kazakh National University). After graduation, she began her professional career as an advocate and has continued her legal practice to the present day. Professional achievements and awards She has been awarded certificates of appreciation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican Bar Association, and the Almaty City Bar Association. She has received professional awards from the Republican Bar Association, including the medals “For Loyalty to the Profession” and “For Professionalism.” She was also awarded the юбилейный badge “Kazakhstan Criminological Association – 25 Years” for her significant contribution to the development of criminological science, strengthening the rule of law, and supporting the activities of the Kazakhstan Criminological Association.
