Born 05.06.1982 of the year in Almaty region, Kaskelen district, village of Abay. In 1999- 2005, he studied at the faculty of Oriental studies of al-Farabi Kazakh national University, majoring in international studies and history of Eastern countries. In 2003-2004, he completed a training internship at the Delhi University, faculty of arts in India. In 2005- 2007, he studied for a master's degree at the faculty of philosophy and political science of al-Farabi Kazakh national University, after which he received the title of master of political science. In 2009-2012, he studied for a PhD at the faculty of Oriental studies of KazNU. al-Farabi majored in "6D020900-Oriental studies". In 2010 and 2011, he completed a research internship at Jawaharlal Nehru University (India) under the supervision of Professor Ajay Kumar Patnaik. On December 22, 2012, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on "the Central Asian factor in the energy policy of India" and on April 30, 2013, received confirmation of the award of the PhD degree. He started his career as a teaching assistant and lecturer in 2007 at the faculties of philosophy and political science and Oriental studies of al-Farabi Kazakh national University. In 2009-2012, he worked as a part-time teacher at the Department of Turkology and history of Eastern countries and the Department of Iranian studies and Indology. In 2012-2013, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Turkology and Indology. From September 2013 to February 2015, he worked as Deputy head of the Department of Turkology and Indology for research and innovation and international relations. From September 2014 to February 2015, he held the position of acting associate Professor of the Department of Turkology and Indology. From February to June 2015, he held the position of acting associate Professor of the Department of the Far East and South Asia. In 2015-2017, he held the position of acting associate Professor of the Department of TURKSOY and Deputy head of the Department for research and innovation and international relations at this Department.
