I, Orynbasar Magzhan Nurlanuly, was born on January 26, 1996, in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Marital status: married, two children. Languages: Kazakh (native), Russian (fluent), English (fluent), Turkish (intermediate), Polish (intermediate). In 2013, I graduated from Municipal Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 126. In the same year, I enrolled in the bachelor’s program at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, which I completed in 2017 with a degree in Thermal Power Engineering. From 2017 to 2018, I worked as a thermal power engineer at the construction company LLP “VIK.” During my employment, I participated in developing operational regulations for thermal equipment, servicing thermal power installations, and monitoring compliance with operational standards. From October 2018 to June 2020, I studied at the University of Agriculture in Kraków (Poland), where I obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Protection. After completing my master’s degree, I returned to Kazakhstan to continue my education and enrolled in a PhD program at the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing in Thermal Power Engineering. From September 2021 to August 2022, I worked as a lecturer at the Department of Thermal Physics and Technical Physics, Faculty of Physics and Technology, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In the summer of 2022, I completed an internship at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. I conducted research related to my dissertation at the laboratory of the Department of Energy Conversion Technologies, Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering. Since February 2023, I have been working as a Leading Specialist at the branch of COMS, JSC “Volkovgeology.” My responsibilities include monitoring research and development (R&D) and experimental design work, overseeing roadmap implementation, participating in the Scientific and Technical Council, and coordinating R&D matters with JSC NAC Kazatomprom.
