Autobiography

In 1994, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University. From 1994 to 1995, he worked as a teaching assistant at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazakh State Law Institute. In 1995, he served as a junior research fellow at the Research Center of the Kazakh State Law Institute. From 1995 to 2008, he worked as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Kazakh State Law University. In 1999, while continuing his teaching activities, he worked as an assistant to the Rector of the Kazakh State Law University. Since September 2008, he has worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2014, he graduated with honors from the master’s program of the Faculty of Law of Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. Since November 2024, he has been serving as a senior lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. He is an expert in conducting scientific anti-corruption examination of draft regulatory legal acts (based on the order of the Chairperson of the Anti- Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2020). He is the author of more than 40 scientific works published in specialized academic journals. Among them are textbooks for students such as Anthology of World History of State and Law, History of Law and Democracy, as well as the monograph Formation of Anti-Corruption Culture and Anti-Corruption Awareness: Issues of Theory and Practice.
