Musabek Turgunbekovich Alimbekov was born on January 4, 1954. In 1981 he graduated from the Kazakh State University.Kirov. 1996 Chairman of the Court of the South Kazakhstan region, 1999 Chairman of the Zhambyl Regional Court, 2001 Chairman of the Almaty City Court, 2006 Chairman of the Board of Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009 Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011 Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012 Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the International Court of EurAsEC, 2014 Chairman of the Karaganda Regional Court, since 2021 is a professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Alimbekov M. T. -awarded the Order of Parasat, the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the "three bi" badge and other medals. Alimbekov M. T. is the author of more than 70 scientific articles and books. Monograph "judicial law-making and the application of civil law norms in the mechanism of implementation of law" (2010), " Application of civil law norms in the modern period" (2009), "On forensic examination","Comments on civil Legislation" issue 47 (2016),"Types of intellectual property rights" (2010), "Judicial Protection of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan: recent trends and priorities" (2011), " Eurasian integration in the system of global globalization: current political and legal aspects " (2015). Author of more than 50 scientific articles in various legal journals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, as well as the Federal Republic of Germany.
