Kultemirova Leila Timurovna, born on 12/18/1972, a native of Lugovoye village, Lugovsky district, Zhambyl region, Kazakh, native language – Kazakh. In 1980, she went to school in the village of Nikolaevka, Ili district, Almaty region. She graduated from school in 1990 in the village of Goncharovskoye, Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region, Ukraine. From 1994 to 1999 – studied at the ASU named after Abai, received a specialty – biology and ecology. From 2001 to 2003 – studied at the D.A. Kunaev University, received a specialty – jurisprudence. From 2003 to 2006 – studies at the adjunct Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In October 2006, she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 12.00.02 on the topic: "The content of the legal status of administrative civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the problems of its improvement". She started her career in 1990. From 2001 to 2021 – service in the internal affairs bodies. Starting from December 31 , 2021 - retired
