Born February 6, 1971, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She is a Kazakh national, married, and a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1978 to 1988, she attended Secondary School No. 30 in Almaty. From 1997 to 2002, she studied at the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University, where she received a law degree. From 2019 to 2021, she completed a master's degree in law at the Kainar Academy. She has 34 years of total work experience, including 17 years of professional experience. She began her career in 1991 at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she worked as a senior specialist in the Department of Legal Problems of Economics, an inspector, and then a senior inspector in the production and administrative department. From 1996 to 2008, she worked at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University (KazHUU) as a specialist and a top-category methodologist in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of International Law, Law Enforcement, and Distance Learning. From 2008 to 2022, she worked at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the Faculty of Law's Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, successively holding the positions of specialist, leading specialist, and also working part-time as an assistant, lecturer, and senior lecturer in the same department. From 2022 to 2024, she continued working in the same department as a senior lecturer. From 2024 to the present, she has worked as a chief specialist in the Global Partnership Office at Al-Farabi KazNU and, concurrently, as a senior lecturer in the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law in the Faculty of Law. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in public and academic activities. From 2019 to 2022, I served as a legal consultant for the Almaty Legal Chamber of the ALA. From 2021 to 2023, I was a member of the Academic Committee of the Faculty of Law at Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. I have authored over forty scientific papers, including two monographs (co-authored), two textbooks, and two articles published in the Scopus database.
