Autobiography

Bakirov Darkhan Abdimanapovich was born on August 17, 1982, in Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1989, he entered the first grade of Secondary School No. 140. In 1999, he graduated from Secondary School No. 43 in Kyzylorda. In 1999, he enrolled at the Kazakh Humanities and Law University majoring in “Jurisprudence” and graduated in 2003 with the qualification of “Lawyer.” In 2005, he completed a Master’s program at the Kazakh Humanities and Law University and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Jurisprudence. In 2010, he graduated from the National School of Public Policy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2003 to 2015, he worked within the system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various positions, including leading specialist, chief specialist, head of a department, head of a division, deputy director of the Department of By-laws, deputy director of the Department for Registration of Normative Legal Acts, and deputy director and director of the Department of International Law and Cooperation. From 2015 to 2019, he worked in the group of companies of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” as deputy director and head of a devision in the Legal support for operational activities department. From 2020 to 2023, he taught at Turan University. From 2021 to 2024, he pursued doctoral studies at Turan University. Since 2024, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. His academic teaching experience is 5 years, and his total professional experience is 22 years.
