Kudaibergenov Amir Aydynuly I was born on January 11, 2002, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Education. From 2019 to 2023, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Continuing my academic development, I pursued my master’s studies from 2023 to 2025 at KazNU and at a university in Wismar, Germany. Studying abroad provided me with valuable insights into international law and helped me understand the specifics of the European legal framework. Research interests. My primary academic focus is mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). I am particularly interested in the legal foundations of mediation, its societal significance, and its integration into Kazakhstan’s legal system. Professional experience. I am currently employed as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. My teaching activity is aimed at developing students’ legal thinking, research skills, and professional competencies. Personal interests. I enjoy music and sculpture, practice swimming, and have a deep interest in cinema. These creative and athletic pursuits broaden my perspective and enhance my ability to think innovatively. My long-term goal is to contribute to the development of mediation and the improvement of dispute resolution mechanisms in Kazakhstan.
