Autobiography

Born in Buldyrty village, Syrym District, West Kazakhstan Region. Completed bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies in **Cultural Studies** at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Has work experience in the public sector and higher education institutions. Recipient of the **“Zhas Galym” postdoctoral grant**. Research focuses on distance education and cultural studies analysis of education in rural and urban areas.
