Autobiography

I, Yermakova Altynay Kenzhebekkyzy, was born on January 11, 1999, in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2020, I graduated with honors from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, earning a bachelor's degree in Tourism. In 2023, I completed my master's studies in Management at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and obtained a Master of Economic Sciences degree. My professional career began in 2020 when I completed an internship at the Talgar District Employment Center, where I worked as a records manager. In 2021, I continued my career at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken," handling administrative tasks. From 2022 to 2023, I worked as a manager at the Kazakhstan- British Technical University (KBTU) in the School of Information Technology and Engineering, where I was responsible for organizing the educational process and managing student affairs. In 2023, I joined the International University of Information Technology (IITU), working in the registrar's office, ensuring the control of academic procedures and the registration of students' academic achievements. Since September 2024, I have been working as a lecturer at the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In my teaching, I actively apply modern teaching methodologies, digital technologies, and interactive learning approaches. My research interests include sustainable tourism development, recreational geography, strategic management, and tourism marketing. In addition to teaching, I continuously enhance my knowledge and develop my professional skills. My goal is not only to impart knowledge but also to inspire students to conduct independent research and grow in the field of tourism. I strive to create a productive academic environment where every student can fully unlock their potential and prepare for a successful career in the hospitality and tourism industry.
