Serik Mominov was born on February 11, 1990. In 2007, he graduated from Secondary School No. 9 in Chirchik. In 2013, he graduated from the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing in Tourism. In 2015, he graduated from the Master's degree in the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing in Tourism, and received a Master of Science degree. From January to September 2016, he worked as a specialist in the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2019 - teacher, since 2024 - senior lecturer of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism. Conducts lectures, seminars and laboratory classes. In 2019-2024, he was the chairman of the research work of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences. Since the 2024-2025 academic year, he has been the Deputy Head of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism for educational and methodological work. In the 2021-2022 academic year, he won the nomination "Best Advisory Week" in the competition "Best Adviser - 2022" held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He has several published scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals, written in collaboration, as well as certificates and diplomas.
