Autobiography

Baiburiyev Ruslan Muratovich, born in 1987, Kazakh, teaching experience in higher education – 15 years. Baiburiyev R.M. graduated from the Faculty of Geography of KazNU in 2009. Al-Farabi graduated with honors in the specialty "Tourism", and in 2010 he also graduated with honors from the Master's degree in the same specialty. In 2014 he entered doctoral studies in the specialty "6D090200-Tourism". In 2023 he successfully defended his PhD in the specialty "Tourism". The topic of his doctoral dissertation was "The role of ecological tourism in the development of rural areas". Baiburiyev R.M. was accepted to the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism as an assistant in 2010, and in 2012 he was transferred to the position of senior lecturer. In the 2024-2025 academic year he was appointed Head of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism. Currently, he is a curator-advisor for the 2nd year Russian groups of the "Tourism" and "Restaurant and Hotel Bussines" majors.
