Aliyeva Zhannat Narikbaevna was born on August 10, 1971 in the city of Almaty in a family of employees. In 1988 she graduated from secondary school No. 81 in Almaty with a medal. In 1993 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Geography of KazNU. with a degree in Geography. From 1993 to 1997 worked as a teacher at the Department of Economics of Nature Management and Environmental Protection of the Kazakh State Academy of Management. Since 1997 to 2000 studied at the full-time postgraduate department of the Kazakh National University. For excellent postgraduate studies, she was awarded a scholarship named after Ch. Valikhanov. Since 2001, she worked as an assistant, then as a senior lecturer at the Department of Tourism of KazNU. From 2003 to 2016 she worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Tourism. From 2016 to 2018 - acting Professor of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism. From September 1, 2018 to the present - Associate Professor of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of KazNU. Aliyeva Zh. is a laureate of the Auezov for talented young scientists (2004); The best young scientist of KazNU (2001); Laureate of the state scholarship for talented young scientists (2002-2004); The best university teacher (2018).
