Autobiography

Abzhapparova Aigul Abdumutalipovna - graduated from Aktau State University (now the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenov) in the specialty 5B020200 - "International Relations", bachelor's degree with honors in 2008. In the same year, she began working at the Shell Aktau oil company as a secretary and office manager. In 2010, she entered the master's program at the Higher School of Public Administration of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in the specialty "management 080200.68". Upon completion of her master's degree in 2012, on the recommendation of professors of the Higher School of Public Administration, she continued her education in the graduate school of the Faculty of Public Administration of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. In 2013, she passed the competition of the Center for International Programs "Bolashak" as an independently admitted applicant. In 2015, to conduct a dissertation research, she completed a course on the study and application of one of the forms of content analysis, frame analysis at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". In 2017, she defended her dissertation on the topic "Positioning of executive authorities in the media space (on the example of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation)" in the specialty 23.00.02 - "Political institutions, processes and technologies". On February 16, 2017, based on the decision of the dissertation council for the degree of candidate of sciences D 501.001.27, created on the basis of Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, Abzhapparova A.A. was awarded the academic degree of candidate of political sciences. In 2018, she underwent diploma nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was awarded a PhD degree.
