Zhanetta Talipovna Nurdinova was born on July 17, 1970, to a family of civil servants in the village of Kirovskoye, Talas Region. In 1977, she entered School No. 4, graduating in 1987. That same year, she entered the Omsk Pedagogical State Pedagogical Institute, graduating with honors in 1992, specializing in Romance and Germanic Philology. She began her career in 1992 as a lecturer and then senior lecturer. From 2001 to 2004, she studied at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University, where she also graduated with honors and received a degree in Jurisprudence. Since her early career, she has defended dissertations. 1) Candidate of Political Sciences (2006) 2) Doctor of Law (2013).
