AUTOBIOGRAPHY I, Aliyarov Yesenzhol Kanievich, was born on January 1, 1956 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Zhanakorgan district Kyzylorda region. He graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute in 1978. Qualification: mechanical engineer. After graduation, he worked as a mechanical engineer at the Talgarsky state farm in the Alma Ata region. From 1995 to 2000, he studied law at Moscow State Social University . In 2002, he defended his PhD thesis for the degree of Doctor of Political Sciences. PhD thesis on "Parliamentary factions in the political process: world experience and Kazakhstan". In 2006, he defended his doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of Political Science on the topic "State information policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of global informatization", and in 2007 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Political Science. In 2009, he received the academic title of professor. Since 2007, I have been acting as President of the Kazakhstan Center for Humanitarian and Political Policy. Since 2011, he has been President of the Association for Political Studies of Kazakhstan. Since 2016 I have been a professor at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for over a year., Department of International Relations KAZUMO named after Abylai Khan. I have published more than 80 scientific publications, including textbooks and teaching aids, and co-authored a historical and biographical book. Among them are: 1.
