Since June 2001 to the present – President of the Public Foundation “Center for Social and Political Studies ‘Strategy’” (Almaty). Since November 2013 – Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. At different times, she has worked as a lecturer in higher education institutions, at the Ministry of Information and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Asian Agency for Political Studies, the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Center for Communication Technologies “Reputation.” Her main area of activity is research work based on organizing and conducting sociological projects of socio-political orientation. She has more than 25 years of experience in the research field. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Saint Petersburg State University with a degree in “Sociologist, Lecturer in Sociology.” She holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in political sociology; dissertation topic: “Social Aspects of the Formation and Development of the Political Elite of Kazakhstan” (1997, Al-Farabi KazNU). She has been awarded various government medals and the “Құрмет” Order (2025). She is a member of the National Qurultai under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
