Autobiography

Saitova Nina Alekseevna graduated from the Moscow State Institute of History and Archives in 1976 (now the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH), Moscow, Russia). She has more than 40 years of academic and teaching experience. From 1997 to 2001, she served as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science; from 2001 to 2003, she was Head of the Methodological Department of the University’s Academic Affairs Office; from 2010 to 2014, she chaired the Faculty’s Methodological Bureau. She was a member of the University’s Scientific and Methodological Council and of the Faculty Academic Council. She teaches core and specialized courses. She is the author of over 100 scientific and educational-methodological publications, including a Scopus-indexed work (ID: 57212560317), co-author of 2 monographs, 4 textbooks, and 3 teaching aids, as well as 5 methodological recommendations in political science, the Kazakhstani Political Science Encyclopedia, among others. She holds Copyright Certificate No. 18253 for the “Competence-Based Qualification Model of a Graduate in the Field 7M031 – Social Sciences. Master’s Program” (2021). She has been awarded the badge “Honored Worker of Education”, the Al-Farabi Gold Medal, the Medal for Distinguished Labor, the Jubilee Medal for the 80th Anniversary of Al-Farabi KazNU, a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and holds the title “Best Lecturer of Al-Farabi KazNU.” She has repeatedly received letters of gratitude from the university rector as well as university and faculty commendations. Saitova N.A. is the coordinator of the undergraduate and master’s educational programs “Political Science” and “Conflictology,” the head of the Student Discussion Club “Politolog,” a member of Academic Council No. 4, and a curator of the master’s program.
