Autobiography

Duisenbi Askar Keikiyuly – Candidate of Philological Sciences, PhD. Member of the Union of Writers and the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan. Author of poetry collections: «Махаббат көктемі» (1996), «Ләйлә ғұмыр» (2003, 2014), «Табалдырық» (2023); music albums: «Жан арманым» (2006), «Тойға тілек» (2016). Scientific works include the monographs: “Turkic Legends and Myths” (2011), “Legends and Sages” (2017), “The Best of the Best” (2020). He is the screenwriter of various television projects: “Don’t Be Surprised”, “Don’t Be Late”, “Pillar of Language”, “Dudar-ai”, “Khabar Stars”, “Let’s Say So”, “Regional Battle”, “Perspective”, and more. He wrote scripts for musical films such as “The Surprising Tale”, “Aksungkar”, “Golden Pendant”, “Our Spring”, “Bird of Happiness”. Also author of TV drama scripts: “Kazyna”, “Untimely Love”, and “Palace Secrets” (a historical piece about Zhanibek Khan). His musical works won Grand Prix at national music contests: “My Beloved City Almaty” (2013), “Military Songs” (2014). Recipient of the Presidential Literary Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2014). Senior lecturer at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
