Shyngyssova Nazgul Tursynbayeva Doctor of Philological Sciences. N.T. Shyngyssova has undergone research internships in the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Turkey, and China. She has actively participated in the activities of major communication centers in the United States, Germany, Poland, and other countries. For several years, N.T. Shyngyssova has been actively promoting the principles and initiatives of the United Nations and UNESCO to create conditions for dialogue between civilizations, cultures, and peoples. The department is involved in significant projects related to sustainable development in the fields of media development, journalism, and media education.
