Autobiography

Utenov Muratulla Umaralievich, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor of the Mechanics Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, was born on June 20, 1953 in Shymkent. In 1970 he entered the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of S.M. Kirov Kazakh National University and successfully graduated in 1975 with a degree in mechanics. In 1989, he successfully defended his candidate dissertation on the topic "Optimal Design of Flat Six- Link Lever Guide Mechanisms" in the specialty 05.02.18 - "Theory of Mechanisms and Machines". On January 19, 2001, by the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty of mechanics. In 2002 He was the Winner of the Republican Competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the best published educational and educational-methodical literature among higher educational institutions training engineering personnel in technical and technological specialties. In 2007, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Theoretical Foundations of Dynamic Calculation of Strength and Rigidity of Flat Rod Mechanisms" in the specialty 05.02.18 - "Theory of Mechanisms and Machines". He was a member of the doctoral dissertation council D 14.17.02 at the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, M.U. Utenov won a grant funding for scientific research for 2015-2017 on the topic: "Development of an analytical theory for predicting the strength and rigidity of robotic systems and mechanisms." He was awarded the "80th Anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University" commemorative medal and the "Eren enbegi ushіn" (Higher Ethnicity) medal. He has published over 80 scientific papers; his research results have been presented at congresses in Greece, symposia in France and Italy, and international scientific conferences in Japan, Serbia, and Russia, including IFToMM Asian MMS 2024 (10 Scopus). He is the author of five teaching aids on strength of materials, structural mechanics, and applied mechanics. M.U. Utenov's research findings are widely integrated into the educational process: they are taught in specialized courses for master's and doctoral students, and they are used in their research.
