Nyssanbayeva A. S. graduated from the Geography Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1992 at the specialty «Meteorology», with qualification «Engineer-Meteorologist». In 2010, she defended her thesis on the topic «Climatic assessment of recreational conditions of the Kazakhstan Caspian Sea». A.S. Nysanbayeva conducts lectures and laboratory classes on disciplines «Global climate and its changes», «features of general atmosphere circulation», «Optical and electrical phenomena in the atmosphere». In 2016-2017, she participated in the development of the «Solar Atlas of Kazakhstan», which was presented as the best project at the international exhibition «EXPO-2017». She has 10 publications indexed in the Scopus database, three of which are in the first and second quartile, the Hirsch index - 5, as well as more than 30 publications of scientific articles. From 2014 to 2023, she was Deputy Head for of Scientific and Innovative Activity and International Relations of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology. Has the following awards: medal «For hard work», 2019; medal «100 years of hydrometeorological service of Kazakhstan», 2022; and is the holder of the title «Best teacher - 2021».
