Marzhan Sansyzbaikyzy Ospanova studied for a bachelor's degree in «Hydrometeorology» at Al- Farabi Kazakh National University from 2009 to 2013 and completed her master's degree in «Hydrology» from 2013 to 2015. From September 2015 to 2016, she worked as an assistant at Satbayev University in the Faculty of «Engineering Systems and Networks» in the Department of «Water Resources and Water Use». In September 2018, she enrolled in a PhD program in «6D061000 – Hydrology» at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2023, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation and was awarded a PhD degree. She has authored more than 15 scientific papers, including two publications indexed in the Scopus database, with an h-index of 2. In 2024, she joined the international accreditation group AQUIN for the educational programs «8D05203 – Hydrology» and «7M05206 – Hydrology». M.S. Ospanova is a member of Academic Committee 15, the Sectoral Council on Professional Qualifications in the field of water resource use and protection, water supply, wastewater management, and irrigation, as well as the coordinator of the «7M05206 – Hydrology»educational program.
