Autobiography

Master of Economic Sciences, PhD candidate in the specialty “8D04107 – Project Management,” and lecturer at the Department of Management, Higher School of Economics and Business, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. She has scientific publications in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (KOKNVO), as well as in a Scopus-indexed journal with a CiteScore percentile above 75 (Q1), where she is the first and corresponding author. She has experience in organizing and conducting international conferences and maintains an active position in working with international students, resulting in joint publications. Her main research areas include management, project management, project team motivation management, and agile management approaches aimed at improving project performance.
