I was born on October 31, 1972, in Qulbabas village, Aksuat District, Semey Region. In 1989, I graduated from the Republican Physics and Mathematics School and was admitted to the Kazakh State Academy of Management (now Narxoz University). I completed my studies in 1994 with honors, majoring in Business and Management. In 1997, I enrolled at Ablai Khan Kazakh State University of International Relations and World Languages, majoring in Translation Studies (Translator-Referent), and graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2005, I worked at Shell Kazakhstan Development B.V. In 2019–2021, I pursued my master’s degree at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and obtained the academic degree of Master of Economic Sciences. In 2021, I was admitted to the full-time doctoral program at the same university. After completing the doctoral program period, I was recommended for academic work and, starting from September 2024, began my career as a lecturer at the Department of Management of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. My main research interests focus on theoretical and practical issues of governance at the state and regional levels.
