Autobiography

Saule Kupeshova, PhD in Economics, born in 1976, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1997 with a degree in Management. From 1997 to 1999, she completed her Master's degree in Management at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she graduated with honors and a Master's degree in Economics. From 1999 to 2002, she completed her postgraduate studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing in Economic Theory (08.00.01). Under the supervision of Academician Ya.A. Aubakirov, she defended her dissertation on "Theory and Practice of the Innovation Process" in 2002 for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (08.00.01). Her degree was officially confirmed that same year. From 2000 to the present, she has worked in the Department of Management and Marketing as an associate professor. Works as a coordinator responsible for developing curricula and subject catalogs for the MBA program in Management. Saule Kupeshova is actively involved in research and teaching. During her professional career, she has published over 60 scientific and teaching works, including: the textbook "Management: Theory and Practice" (co-authored), "The Russian-English-Kazakh Dictionary of Managers" (co-authored), the textbook "Innovation Management," the textbook "Innovation Management," "Strategic Management," and video lectures as part of the "100 Books" project - "Strategic Brand Management," "Zheke Karzhylar." In 2009, she was awarded the "75th Anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University" badge. She is also the recipient of the "Best University Lecturer – 2013" title. The main focus of the research is the development of innovation, digitalization, and the application of artificial intelligence in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The goal of this research is to develop evidence-based practical recommendations for increasing the country's innovative activity, as well as to formulate innovative development strategies for Kazakhstan's national economy, aimed at ensuring its competitiveness in the context of global integration processes.
