Ashirbekova Laura Zhalgasovna, was born on October 1, 1980 in Kzyl-Orda. She graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in economics - a manager at agricultural enterprises in 2002; in 2006 - graduate school of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi on a specialty "Economy and management of a national economy". In 2010 she defended her thesis on the topic: The separation of powers of state administration and local self- government. Since 2004, Ashirbekova L.Zh. She worked in the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi as a teacher, senior teacher. From February 01, 2014 to August 31, 2014 she held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Research and Innovation Activities and International Relations of the Management and Marketing Department of the Higher School of Economics and Business.Participated in a fundamental project on the topic: Effective management of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of the development of an innovative economy (2011-2014). Ashirbekova Laura Zhalgasovna is actively engaged in scientific and methodological activities. She has published more than 50 scientific, educational and methodical works, she is the co-author of two textbooks. The main research topic of research is Ashirbekova L.Zh. is the development of local government and self-government, the system of improvement of public service in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the innovative activities of the state and enterprises.Scientific and pedagogical work experience is 20 years.
