Tukeyev, Ualsher Anuarbekuly, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honorary Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician of the MAIN, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of the Republic of Kazakhstan October 04, 1946 year of birth, Tomen-aryk village, Zhana-Korgan district, Kzyl-Orda region. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Information Systems of the Al- Farabi Kazakh National University. In 1964 he graduated from the evening secondary school for working youth No. 33 in the city of Chu, Dzhambul region. In 1964 he entered the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute (now the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K. Satpaev). In 1969 he graduated from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of KazPTI with a degree in Electronic Computers. From 1969-1972 - Assistant of the Department of Computer Science, Lecturer of the Department of Technical Cybernetics. From 1973-1976 - post-graduate student at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. In 1977-1991. - Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Technical Cybernetics of KazPTI. In 1991-1994 - Deputy Director for Research, Head of the Software Engineering Laboratory of the Institute of Problems of Informatics and Management of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 1994 - Director of the Computer Center, Head of the Educational and Computing Center of al-Farabi KazNU. Since 2003 - Head of the Department of Information Systems of KazNU and the head of the Educational Computing Center concurrently. In 2008-2012 - Head of KazNU Information Systems Department. In 2012-2015 - Professor of KazNU Information Systems Department. In 2015-2018 - Head of KazNU Information Systems Department. In 2018-2019 - Dean of KazNU Information Technology Faculty. Since 2019 - Professor of KazNU Information Systems Department. In 1977 he defended his PhD thesis. In 1992 he defended his doctoral dissertation. In 1994 he was awarded the title of professor. In 1993 he was elected a full member of the International Academy of Informatization (MAIN) In 2003 he was elected a full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher School of Kazakhstan. In 2014, he was elected an honorary member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
