Dautalieva Makpal Estemesova, born in 1986, Kazakh. Dautalieva Makpal Estemesovna in 2003 entered the full-time department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Geography, specializing in land hydrology, from which she graduated in 2007. In 2009 she graduated from the Master's degree program of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in hydrometeorology. In the period from 20013 to 2017, she studied at the postgraduate course of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN). From 2009 to 2011, she worked in the department of mudflow problems and Hydrology of the State Institution "Kazselezashchita of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.She held the position of Acting Head of the Department of mudflow problems and Hydrology. In 2011-2013, she worked at the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University (Kaznatszhenpu), at the Department of Ecology, as a teacher. Since September 2021, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology of Al- Farabi Kazakh National University.
