       Umbetkaliev Kuanysh Askarovich graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Chemistry of KazNU. al-Farabi. In 2008 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Plasma-chemical gasification of thermal coals." Since 2009, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science, Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology. Research interests: plasma chemistry, plasma gasification of solid fuels, plasma processing of mineral substances. Has more than 60 scientific publications, 5 innovative patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 study guide.
